Confirmed Host Sites
Virtual Info Sessions & Interviews
11:30 AM–4:00 PM
All participants will have access to student resumes and e-portfolios.
Main Room
All participants will be placed into breakout rooms in the main Zoom session.
Interview Room
A separate "invitation only" Zoom room is available to ensure interviews remain private.
All students are invited to participate in the virtual sessions from 11:30 AM–4:00 PM. During this time, we will also host scheduled virtual interviews (invitation only).
We ask that you prepare a slide or short slide deck to share information about your school or program. If you need to step away from your breakout room, please display a slide that tells students how to contact you for more information and/or share this information in the chat.
Each interview will be scheduled by Dr. Renix and her team. Please do not reach out to students directly. If you expressed interest in a student portfolio or resume, you will receive information about your scheduled interview(s).
If your team has capacity, we recommend that one person remain in the main session while other team members join the second Zoom link for interviews.
